MEETING MINUTES
AUGUST 10, 2006
Meeting held at the Wheatley’s in Seaford. Called to order at 7:26.
Approval of minutes: Motion made and carried to accept minutes from July.
Treasurer’s Report: Ending balance $3,541.28. Unchanged.
NCM Ambassadors Report: Not present.
Web Master Comments: Not present.
Applications: None
Club Sponsor Comments: Excited about the September 9th Car Show. Lots of Vettes in stock – they work hard to get them for us!
Old Business: ESCC Car Show has been re-scheduled for Sept 9th at I G Burtons in conjuction with the display.
New Business:
OFFICER ELECTIONS IN SEPTEMBER – MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS ARE DUE SOON

Car Show & Display at IG Burton’s in Seaford – Sat, September 9TH ,RAIN DATE 10TH
Registration: $20 (one car), $30 (two cars), additional cars are free.

Seaford VFW Car Show – Sunday Oct 1st (Rain date 8th )
Federalsburg VFW Car Show –
Saturday Oct 7th
Scavenger Hunt – Sunday,
October 15th - First State, Beachcombers, and ESCC invited.
Meet at the Food Lion at Rt 10 below the air base. Small fee involved.
Bring rubber gloves, paper bags, a scoop shovel, a jar w/lid, flashlight,

Cruise to Southern Caribbean (via boat-ha ha) – Feb 10-17, 2007. (Sandy Thawley)
Next Meeting: SATURDAY September 16th , 2006 at the Bradshaw’s home in Salisbury. Dinner at 4:00. RSVP by Sept 1st to Candi (302) 462-0014.
From MD: 50 West to Nanticoke Road – turn left. Go approx 5 miles - look for blue sign on right that says “Ferry Info” - make the next left onto Upper Ferry Road. Make right at stop sign (Pemberton). Bradshaw’s house is the 2nd one on the right – gray colonial with burgundy shutters (in the woods).
From DE: 13 South to Naylor Mill Road – make right. At the stop sign at the end of Naylor Mill Road, turn left onto 50 East. Stay in right lane. At the 7-11, make right onto Nanticoke Road. Go approx 5 miles - look for a blue sign on the right that says “Ferry Info” - make the next left onto Upper Ferry Road. Make right at stop sign (Pemberton).
