Old Business:  Jim Revelle discussed expense of Chicken Festival/Annual Car Show. We charged $10 registration fee with a cost of $60.41/car entered.  What ideas on how to handle?  Should we not donate to the chosen charity this year?  Should we do a fundraiser only at the Car Show?  Further discussion and table vote to be taken at the September 11 meeting.

Potential Holiday Party at Sta. 7 – they are not taking reservations at this time – any other ideas/suggestions??

Past Activities – Cruise to DE Slots in Harrington – good food

New Business : Nominations for Club Officers: President – Lee Chaney, VP -Jim Revelle, Treasurer – Gerald Beauchamp, Secretary – Arlene Gibson, Officer at Large – Bob Holden, Dave Stavely.  Voting to take place at September 11 meeting.
