Treasurer’s Report – approved & available on request

NCM Ambassador’s Report – not present

WebMaster’s Report – not present – some hold-up with Dave’s gaining access to the website for updates.

Applications – none

Car of the Month – Wayne & Sandy Thawley  2001 Red Convertible

Club Sponsor News – still nothing concrete.  Possible resolutions – finding multiple donors with smaller donations, looking outside car dealerships, etc.  Further discussion at future meetings.

Old Business:  Tabled discussion of expense of Chicken Festival/Annual Car Show due to low attendance (15) at this meeting.

                - Decision made to donate $500 to Delmar VFW in appreciation for allowing use of the facility for our monthly meetings.

Past Activities – none

New Business:  2009 Club Calendars are on the way.  Each current paid member will be given 1.  Remainder will be sold for $10 each with proceeds coming back to the club.

Upcoming Events:

• ESCC Holiday Dinner  - 12/27 6pm @ Adam’s Ribs in Fruitland.  $20/plate.  If you plan to attend, please RSVP by 12/12/08.
