Called to order at 7:05. Approval of minutes: Motion made and carried to accept minutes from Jan 2007. Treasurer’s Report: Ending balance $5,203.35. NCM Ambassadors Report: Not present. Web Master Comments: Keep the information coming! Applications: None. Club Sponsor Comments: Ray would like for us to have our first i.g. Burton show on April 14^th, with a rain date of April 15^th. He wants to make this show the biggest and best one yet. It is very important that we support our sponsor at these shows! Old Business: Harpers Ferry – (Gale Daugherty (410) 726-3214) April 21^st. Currently 20 rooms blocked off for us. Cut-off to reserve rooms is March 22^nd. Have your credit card ready and call (304) 876-0415. Ask for a room in the “Eastern Shore Corvette Club block of rooms.” Rooms are around $135 plus 9% tax. We will be leaving early Saturday, April 21^st , an returning on Sunday. Event is rain or shine – vette or no vette. Please contact Gale if you have any questions or if you want to sign up and have not done so yet. New Business: Car of the Month – February’s Car of the Month goes to Jim & Barbara Williams of Seaford. Look for this feature on the web in the near future! Show at the VFW in Delmar May 19^th to benefit the Disabled Veterans. The VFW needs our support – please plan to attend. (Rain date May 20^th) (Fairly new) ESCC Car Show June 2^nd at the Wal-Mart in Fruitland, MD. This will be an ALL GM show. (No Fords! No Fords with GM motors!) Wal-Mart will match our charity donation dollar for dollar up to $1000! Each member attending is asked to solicit 2 door prizes for that day. “Official” letters on ESCC letterhead will be handed out by Gale at the next meeting so donors will know that our show and request is ligit. (Rain Date June 3^rd) Past Activities: None Upcoming Activities: Cruise to Southern Caribbean – Feb 10-17^th (Bon voyage !) Bus trip to Atlantic City – Feb 24^th. Still seats left!
