Lee will attempt to contact them again. Lee has a meeting with IG in Milford this week.Old Business: Rick Berry will move forward on incorporating the club to protect officers in any type of legal situation, etc. Cost incurred to do so in Delaware is $89 application fee and a $25 yearly fee for renewal. He has offered to be the Resident Agent for the process.Deb Stavely gave update on Non-Profit status. With the size of our club, we are considered a “social club” and filing for Non-profit status would have no real benefit for us, especially considering the cost of doing so.Past Activities –Annual Cruise – enjoyed by all who attended.50/50 $34 to Don GibsonNext meeting 3/13/08 at Delmar VFW no dinner, 7pm meetingUpcoming Events:
