Approval of minutes from last meeting. Available on request and on the website.
Treasurer’s Report – available on request. Reviewed, motion carried to accept report
NCM Ambassador’s Report – Ed Marcell shared that groundbreaking is in progress for new Corvette museum in Bowling Green, KY. The new ZR1 has been introduced and there will be 2 new pace cars for 2008. One ethanol car and one black/silver anniversary commemorative edition.
WebMaster Report – Not present.
Applications – Jay Hastings – via mail - referred by Norval Pritchett - accepted
Mike & Charlotte Copes – via website – accepted – in attendance.
Car of the Month – Joe & Cinda Tindall ’06 blue Convertible
Club Sponsor News - We’ve not had much luck in contact with Seaford Burton since staff changes. Lee will attempt to contact them again. We’ve had an offer to use Milford Burton as a back-up option.
Old Business: Rick Berry presented information on incorporating the club to protect officers in any type of legal situation, etc. Cost incurred to do so in Delaware is $89 application fee and a yearly fee for renewal. He has offered to be the Resident Agent for the process. Motion was made (Gerald B.), seconded (Ed Marcelle)and carried. On continued discussion, this was tabled pending Debbie Stavely’s research on our Non-Profit status and related matters.
Past Activities –Holiday Dinner – enjoyed by all who attended.

Upcoming Events:
March 1 – Atlantic City Car Show – Bus will pick up from Georgetown, Milford, and potentially Dover– Please contact Lee, Shirley or Ed for more details. $35/person. We are still looking at options for “cash back” as casinos have changed the typical voucher programs.
