Meeting Minutes 03/13/2008

Call to order by President Lee Chaney

Approval of minutes from last meeting. Available on request and on the website.

Treasurers Report not present

NCM Ambassadors Report Continued excitement about the Museum Groundbreaking.

WebMaster Report Consider placing secure area members only for By-Laws, Member Directory, etc.

Applications Roman Geiser Salisbury, MD 1990 Corvette Coupe previous member referred by Jim Revelle. motion made and carried.

Car of the Month none chosen (Bob not here)

Club Sponsor News Word from Lee is that Seaford still wants to be our Club Sponsor. He will follow-up.

Old Business: Rick Berry has moved forward on incorporating the club to protect officers in any type of legal situation, etc. Cost incurred to do so in Delaware is $89 application fee. Receipt to Treasurer for reimbursement.

Consideration to joining other Car Clubs to book Corvette Guy again. Rick Berry Lee to work on this.

Debbie Stavely gave update on By-Law Revisions. To be emailed/sent to club members by Secretary with request for comments, concerns to be received no later than 4/4/08. All comments to be brought to the floor at 4/10/08 meeting for final discussion. Final revision will be mailed to all prior to the May meeting for vote at that time.
