NCM Ambassador’s Report – not present

WebMaster’s Report – via phone - President Lee Chaney to email permission to Randy to share website access with Officer at Large, David Stavely.  Dave will help to keep website up-to-date and informative.

Club Sponsor News – still nothing concrete

Old Business:  Tabled discussion of expense of Chicken Festival/Annual Car Show due to low attendance (11) at this meeting.

Past Activities – dinner cruise to Old Mill in Delmar – enjoyed by 6 who attended.

New Business:  Membership renewals are past due ($30/year).  This will be your last newsletter if you have not renewed your membership.

Upcoming Events:

• ESCC Holiday Dinner  - 12/27 6pm @ Adam’s Ribs in Fruitland.  $20/plate.  If you plan to attend, please RSVP by 12/12/08.  Ticket money is due to Arlene Gibson no later than 12/19 so we may lock in the special pricing. (see attached flyer) If, by 12/12 we do not have enough committed, we may need to make other arrangements.
